FOR UNITED STATES - Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and an additional week for shipping time. We do not ship on the weekends!
FOR INTERNATIONAL - Please allow 14-21 days for your order to be processed and shipped. International shipping does take much longer, but we try to process international orders as soon as possible and we have no control over USPS shipping time.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY:
WE DO NOT issue exchanges for any products sold from Love-eri. Exchanges are prohibited due to sanitary concerns.
There are NO refunds unless the product has a defect caused by its production.
(Please include a picture of the product in the email if it is has a defect)
We are not responsible for missing packages. All U.S. orders have tracking and we will do everything in our power to get it to you.
